CISCO is right and oh, so very wrong. CISCO is buying up Social Networking technologies left and right, they have been doing this for at least five years running.

Fair enough.
Authentic customer visibility and communication is priceless to any company, and the additional benefits of interactive publishing and collaboration are virtually limitless.
CISCO seems to realize that a social network basically models the enterprise in a fluid fashion that is maintained by the community. Once employees, departments, regions and groups are represented the foundation for collaboration is created.
This is a professional social graph where collaboration and conversation of value can take place.
Great, but what does CISCO have to do with it?
Last I heard, CISCO made networking equipment and didn't really know much about marketing, branding or software.
I wonder, will they make any headway? Or just spend money?
